On the evening of April 2, 2015, angels were sent down by our heavenly father to carry Lily Belinda, our beloved wife, stepmother, daughter, sister, aunt, cousin, Godmother and friend home. Lily Belinda (Brown) Hall was born on January 24, 1968 in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. She was the youngest daughter of the late Frank Sr. and Lillie Mae Brown. Lily was affectionately known as "Mike" to all who loved her. Lily attended the Philadelphia Public School System. She professed her faith in Christ at an early age and was baptized at Calvary Episcopal Church in Germantown. Lily Belinda met Kevin Hall, fell in love and were joined in holy matrimony on April 30, 2003. A beautiful couple they were and had so much in common. Kevin was a wonderful, dating husband and provider. He took very good care of Lily and she never wanted for anything. Kevin took his vows very seriously "in sickness and in health", through the good times and bad times; he was right there by her side. They shared a rare love in which they were both caring, devoted and dedicated to each other until she was called home. Lily Belinda's favorite past times were spent with family and friends; eating her snacks while watching her favorite movies such as "The Color Purple", "Sparkle", and "What's Love Got To Do With It", while she recited the lines of the movies verbatim. She looked forward to vacationing in Wildwood, NJ every summer where she rode the tram car and visiting Morey's Pier. She could often be found playing hands of Pinochle or Phase 10. Lily had the gift of gab; the greatest sense of humor ever and could fry chicken like nobody's business Lily Belinda memories are cherished by her beloved husband Kevin Hall Sr., her mother Lillie Mae Brown, her stepchildren Kevin Jr., and Kia Hall; father and mother in laws Percy Thomas, Sr. and Lucinda Hall, Three sisters: Glenice (Ernest), Mary, Sharon; four brothers Frank, Bebe, Darnell, and Sabree; four sister in laws: Audrey (George) Lynn, Sheila and Karen; Two brother in laws: Ernest and Percy Thomas Jr. and four God Children: Tiffany, Dante, Bianca and Paige as well as a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, and last but not least, compassionate friends and neighbors.
