Franklin James Pinion II was born on February 23 1954 to the late Franklin and Mary Pinion in Philadelphia Pennsylvania.
He was the second eldest of six children.
Franklin was affectionately known to his family as "Jimmy". He was educated in the Philadelphia School District. He had a love for photography and cooking.
Franklin worked various jobs, one of which included helping to run a small family restaurant before finally working as an "NTA" for the Philadelphia School District.
Proceeding Franklin in death was his two sisters - Jeanette and Denise. two brothers - Ahmad and Ali and two nieces - Mary and Susan.
Franklin leaves to cherish his memory two brothers Thomas and Michael and a host of nieces and nephews along with longtime friends
Emily and Alicia Rollins.
