Billy T. Jeter

Billy Jeter was born June 24, 1937 in Union County, South Carolina to Jeanette Jeter and Lester Thompson. He was the first of five children. He attended Sims High School then graduated and joined the United States Army where he received an Honorable Discharge. Billy married his high school sweet-heart Rosie Jeter. During the marriage they had two children Bryant and Veronica Jeter. Billy was devoted to Thunder Vans. He loved camping and traveling. He loved making memories everywhere he went. Very quietly and peacefully on Wednesday April 15, 2015, Almighty God in his infinite wisdom, mercy and grace gently let our beloved Billy "Yogi" leaves behind a Son Bryant Jeter, one daughter Veronica Jeter many nieces and nephews, and a host of other relatives and friends.
